Mr Brown

One of Greyson's all-time favorite books is "Mr Brown can Moo, Can You?" We've been reading that book to him since he was four months old. On different days, different parts of the book are funny; one day it was the owl going "Hoo hoo", another day, the clocking ticking made him smile. On this particular day, it was the lightning going "Splat, splat, splat!" Of course we had to milk it for a video.

Here are photos of Greyson and me hanging out on the couch, me making a grocery list and him chewing on his favorite toy, our phone. I love how he always crosses his legs, he's very proper, this one. It seems like we do this a lot these days, just hang out on the couch, side by side. Greyson always wants whatever I'm snacking on. He'll peer over on my side when he sees there's food there, and smack his lips really loud. It feels like we're buddies, just chilling, watching tv together. Yesterday my baby was swaddled and sleeping in my arms, today he's sitting next to me sharing my popcorn. Soon he'll be driving me around.
