"Papa" Conniptions

We're really not sure what this was about. Greyson has been saying "Mama" for a while now, so we've been trying to teach him "Papa" or "Dadda". "Papa" seems to stick maybe because it's closer to "Daddy" in Mandarin. This morning at breakfast, Greyson all of a sudden started saying it back to us. It was cute, but what was hilarious was every time he said it he'd explode into rollicking, side-splitting laughter. I think it might have been the thrill of realizing he was communicating, or maybe he finally figured out Roque's name? Who knows, either way, Roque said Greyson just made his week.

it looks like he's just so excited that someone is speaking the same language as he is - or that he finally understands what the heck Roque is saying. Flailing those arms - he looks like he's ready for take off.
