Idiosyncrasies

The weather has been spectacular. This week, I decided to do some yard work and test how long Greyson would be content running around in our garden. I got all my tools and gloves, plus Greyson's sand toys, and headed out back. He had such a blast. He stirred leaves, massacred earthworms, raked bushes. It was so nice to be able to be outdoors in a controlled, safe environment. Grey is all about imitating now. He'd get down next to me and pretend "weed", pulling the tips of grass off. I wasn't able to get too much done since he just kept wanting my tools instead of his toys, but it was still a lovely, peaceful time. Here's a photo of Greyson "raking" our rosemary bushes.

Grey Grey loves our laundry basket. Every time he sees us with a basket full of laundry, he wants to get in it. He like to have lots of clothes piled on top of him, and he can sit there, perfectly amused for almost 10 min (equivalent to a decade in toddler time). We'll ask him, "Are you ready to come out now?" and he'll reply nonchalantly, "No."
